About

John is a senior Audio Production and Technology major with a focus in acoustics at Michigan Technological University. He was the President of the Audio Engineering Society chapter at MTU (currently Senior Advisor) and has held roles as a producer, recording engineer, mixing engineer, media and content creator, A/V Tech (Intern), and Sound System Design Lead. He approaches audio from both a technical and creative perspective and is truly passionate about sound, how it works, and how it can be improved. As a student John is constantly learning new avenues of production and technology with an appreciation for academic success and integrity. Once graduated, he intends to aid in the acoustic design of performance spaces and studios, creating beautiful sounding and looking environments for engineers and artists alike.
